How it Works ?
Your engineer is scheduled to arrive between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on the day of your appointment. We understand your time is valuable, so here’s how we make the process more convenient:
More precise timing: Our engineer will call you on the day of your appointment to provide a narrower arrival window.
On-the-way notification: You’ll receive a text message when your engineer is heading to your location.
To help our engineer carry out the work safely and efficiently, we kindly ask that you prepare a few things before they arrive:
Clear access: Please ensure the area around your boiler is free of clutter or obstructions so the engineer can easily reach it.
Secure pets and children: For their safety and to allow the engineer to focus, please keep pets and young children away from the work area during the appointment.
Have documents ready: If you have your boiler’s service logbook or previous maintenance records, please have them handy so we can update them for you.
Regular servicing is essential not just for keeping your home warm, but for safety and long-term savings. Here are the key benefits:
Safety first: Our engineers check for dangerous carbon monoxide leaks and other safety issues that could put your household at risk.Safety first: Our engineers check for dangerous carbon monoxide leaks and other safety issues that could put your household at risk.
Maintain your warranty: Most boiler manufacturers require an annual service to keep your warranty valid. Without it, you might have to pay for future repairs yourself.
Lower energy bills: A well-maintained boiler runs more efficiently, using less fuel to heat your home and saving you money on energy costs.
Prevent breakdowns: Catching small issues early stops them from turning into expensive repairs or complete boiler failures later on.
